Our one or more of team members have worked in these projects with previous organisations

- Submit a Project Report for 5000 TCD Capacity Sugar plant, 60 KLPD distillery including Cogeneration & power evacuation, Refinery and Ethanol plant to be operated at 3500 TCD in First year. - Brief recommendation of system for fire protection for sugar complex consisting of sugar plant, cogeneration, refinery and distillery plant. - system for air conditioning and ventilation in power plant. - Performance parameters of the sugar complex in the proposed configuration in terms of efficiency, extraction, recovery, steam consumption, power export, power consumption, water consumption, production of ENA / ethanol, effluent generation, sugar quality, etc. - Technical Specification preparation for Sugar, Cogeneration & power evacuation, Refinery and Ethanol plant and machinery. This will cover:  Formulate and list the machinery required for the plant with above criteria.  Detailed technical specifications & Technical schedule/data sheets for all the above machinery for evaluation of the recommended plant for the sugar, cogeneration & power evacuation, Refinery and Ethanol factory;  Submit detailed technical specification for transmission line for delivery of factory export power to the Grid, upto factory metering yard.  Provide P & I diagram with control logic for automation of sugar complex for DCS operation.  Provide basic engineering for measuring and control;  Set the performance norms for the machinery in each section. - Finalization of general arrangement drawings and technical specification provided by suppliers/ manufacturers for vendor qualification and preparation of layout drawings.

- Modifications in milling system for increase the capacity. - Increase in capacity from 1750 to 12000 TCD gradually during the span of time. - Inspection of manufactured machinery & equipment, supervision of erection and commissioning. - Corrective engineering, interface adjustments. - Optimization of steam generation and consumption by improvement in system. - Modifications in process to reduce steam consumption. - Installation of Vapour Line Juice Heater and Double Effect Vapour Cell including LTRF evaporator. - Implementation of Cogeneration plant - Boiler rehabilitation - Energy optimisation - Various feasibility & detailed project report for plant expansion alongwith cogneration

- Submit a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for new sugar factory of 3500 TCD (145 TCH) along with 15 MW integrated cogeneration plant.  Furnish brief specifications of the recommended plant for the sugar factory;  Submit Indicative flow diagrams for process material, steam and vapour, and condensate.  Submit conceptual single line diagram for electric power distribution in the sugar factory  Determine optimum, thermal and electrical energy of the sugar factory for the optimized plant and quantify these demands for supply by the proposed power plant.  The determinations above shall be supported by calculations for process material balance, electric power balance, and steam balance for the sugar factory;  Identify the requirement of automatic control instrumentation system  Develop the overall fuel management specifications for captive bagasse and purchased fuel (coal). Define the fuel handling equipment required for storage and reclaim.  Develop indicative schemes for boiler feed water supply system  Furnish capacity, sizes and conceptual scheme for electrical switchgear and transmission line for delivery and interconnection of factory produced surplus power to the grid substation and for supply of power to the power plant auxiliaries and to sugar factory;  Recommend system capacity for power turbine condenser cooling water recycling;  Submit conceptual single line diagram for the electric power generation and evacuation at the power plant;  Furnish brief specifications of the recommended plant for the power plant

- Project included drawing out a concept, selection of site, detailed engineering, layouts, management services and site supervision up to commissioning in two phases. All modern technologies like planetary gear boxes, AC VFD’s, rope coupling and screw pumps are installed in the project. - Installation of new sugar plant, Cogeneration and Ethanol - Drawing out specifications for equipment. - System engineering design and layouts - Assisting the client for finalization of contractor. - Project management - Site supervision and project management through frequent site visits. - Inspection of equipment & erection supervision. - Pre-commissioning trials. - Supervision of commissioning
